It is a pleasure the vision and mission of RMD Trust is to touch more number of needy patients and reach out to all sections of society, RMD has touched more than 54,000 beneficiaries. RMD is distinguished in the market as a system provider of pain and palliative hospice services to the terminally ill in Tamil Nadu. The vision is to provide individualized care through outpatient, inpatient, home based and hospital Care.
The demand has been far more than the capacity and the biggest beneficiaries of RMDs work have been the middle lower –middle income groups and the economically weaker sections of society. RMD plays a strong role in Health Care in particular “Palliative Care” where there is a strong need for able care and competent manpower to cater the ever increasing demand for such services. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Government Agencies, the community and most of all the staff of RMD who have demonstrated and given a new meaning to Palliative Care and I count on these missionaries to set a benchmark for health care through the services of RMD.

Dr.Republica Sridhar a Family and Palliative Care Physician a medical graduate from Sri Ramachandra University in 1992. She has been practicing over 25 yrs as Medical Director, Founder of RMD Nursing Home, a Hospital with 25 beds at T.Nagar, Chennai.
The Inner desire to touch human lives and to support social needs has led me to seek training and education, specialization in palliative care from AIMS 2005 (Kochi), Flinders University Australia 2010-2011, Hospital management course in Sankara Netralaya (Chennai). I have also has been practicing, palliative care for past 10 yrs. Presently providing medical care and looking after the administration of 50 beds in 2 different locations at Chennai and Sriperumbudur.

His achievement of Manpower requirements of more than 420 employees to fulfill in Sagar Apollo Hospital at Bengaluru and Kamenini Wockhardt Hospital at Hyderabad when the period of 2004 and 2005. He is very good Team Player and handling the employee’s Grievances in soft manner. He is having sound knowledge in statutory compliances and having very much contact in Public sectors, Corporates and Industries in all over Tamilnadu.
